Schedule for Next Week, Including Delayed Start

Good morning,

I am writing to make sure you are aware of our schedule for the last week of school, especially since CHS will now have a delayed start of school on Wednesday to allow staff to assist with our seniors’ graduation rehearsal that morning. (Seniors will receive separate information.)

The CHS schedule next week will be as follows:

• Monday 6/3- Odd Block Day

• Tuesday 6/4- Even Day

• Wednesday 6/5- Odd Day- Delayed Start for CHS Only- School starts at 11:35 am. See additional information, below. (All other Cville Schools will follow their regular schedule.) 

• Thursday 6/6- Even Day

• Friday 6/7-  Singleton/Last Day of School and Early Dismissal. School ends at 1:40 pm

We will send additional information about special end-of-year activities and other school announcements later.

More Information about the Delayed Start for CHS on Wednesday 6/5

Due to staff being at Ting Pavilion for graduation rehearsal, students will not be able to enter the building on Wednesday, 6/5 before 11:15 am.  Additionally, on Wednesday, 6/5, buses will follow the same schedule as the delayed start schedule during SOL week.
