Other Student Scheduling Opportunities

Description: The following course options are designed to support a student's long-range education and career goals and provides the opportunity to experience “first-hand” a particular career or career field by interning with professionals in the school division or community. Students enhance their academic, technical, and workplace readiness skills as well as become more informed about certain career field expectations and requirements before entering college, military, training programs, and/or the workforce.

These scheduling opportunities must be approved by the sponsoring teacher/community advisor or employer, that teacher’s Department Chairperson, the School Counselor, the Counseling Department Chairperson, and/or the Principal. Other documentation may be required based on the course request and approval.
